<p style="text-align: center;">الحمد لله و كفى و صلاة و سلاما على عباده الذين اصطفى</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">ثم أما بعد</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">When i started using Linux, i used to hear the quote &#8220;Linux..Just for fun&#8221; which is somehow related to <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linus_Torvalds" target="_blank">Linus Torvalds</a>, but i began to realize the meaning of this quote just yesterday <img src='http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ..i will tell you how</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">If you are using <a href="http://www.ubuntu.com/" target="_blank">Ubuntu</a> or any Debian-based Linux Distro, then u have the &#8220;apt-get&#8221; command which is the high-level package management tool for Debian Systems, now try the following command on the command line:</p>
<blockquote>
<p style="text-align: left;">apt-get moo</p>
</blockquote>
<p style="text-align: left;">and you will see the following output:</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/apt-get.png"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-67" title="apt-get" src="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/apt-get.png" alt="" width="457" height="157" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;"><span id="more-55"></span>Got me ?! , Linux is not just an OS, it is also Fun  <img src='http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif' alt=':lol:' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Okay, try this one, this time we will try the &#8220;moo&#8221; argument but with the &#8220;aptitude&#8221; command, which is the successor of &#8220;apt-get&#8221;, type the following in your command line:</p>
<blockquote>
<p style="text-align: left;">aptitude moo</p>
</blockquote>
<p style="text-align: left;">and here is the output:</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude1.png"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-68" title="aptitude1" src="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude1.png" alt="" width="433" height="72" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">Hey, donot be fooled, there is a trick here, lets use the verbose option <img src='http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude2.png"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-69" title="aptitude2" src="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude2.png" alt="" width="433" height="72" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<blockquote>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
</blockquote>
<p style="text-align: left;">now, more verbose, more and more and more verbose&#8230;<a href="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude4.png"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-70" title="aptitude3" src="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude3.png" alt="" width="500" height="56" /><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-71" title="aptitude4" src="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude4.png" alt="" width="500" height="56" /></a><a href="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude5.png"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-72" title="aptitude5" src="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude5.png" alt="" width="500" height="56" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">
<p style="text-align: center;">
<p style="text-align: center;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude6.png"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-73" title="aptitude6" src="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude6.png" alt="" width="500" height="150" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude7.png"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-74" title="aptitude7" src="http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/aptitude7.png" alt="" width="500" height="64" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">so, at last we get an elephant being eaten by a snake, but the journey was a pretty interesting one i think <img src='http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':-D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;">and by the way, that option &#8220;moo&#8221; is not documented in the man page</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">see you in another Linux post <img src='http://www.blog.manhag.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align: center;">
<p style="text-align: center;">سبحانك اللهم و بحمدك..أشهد ان لا اله الا انت..أستغفرك و أتوب اليك</p>
